What you'll do:
As the Human Resources Director, you will be at the forefront of our client's ongoing transformation. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning the HR strategy with the overall business strategy. You will manage both local and international stakeholders, ensuring that all HR practices are compliant with Vietnamese labor laws. Your ability to navigate matrix-organizations adeptly will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, your proven leadership skills will be key in developing strong HR teams.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Director position brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. With at least 15 years of experience in business, including at least 7 years in a team leader capacity and 3 years as an HR Director, you have the skills and expertise necessary to lead our client's HR transformation. Your strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and experience handling complex employee relation issues will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, your strong local network within the HR community and among HR suppliers will enable you to bring external market insights to the table.
