Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and establishing close working relationships with consultants and main contractors. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on retrofit projects, verify warranty claims on-site, and perform spot measurements of AHU/FCU/CT.
What you'll do:
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you handle warranty claims on-site, while your keen eye for detail will be essential when performing spot measurements of AHU/FCU/CT. You will also have the opportunity to supervise retrofit projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be building relationships with consultants, main contractors, and Contract Manufacturers.
- Identify and generate sales opportunities through the development of new and existing accounts
- Responsible for all sales activities, particularly retrofit sales in assigned area
- Monitor and track the sales process effectively to close the sales
- Establish close working relationships with consultants and main contractors for projects
- Manage, service and grow existing accounts with Contract Manufacturers
- Carry out on-site verification of warranty claims and spot measurement of AHU/FCU/CT
- Supervise retrofit projects on-site

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics)
- 2 -3 years of experience in build environment & HVACR industries
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Results oriented with the ability to define problems, exhibit sound judgement, and take initiative to develop alternative solutions rationally and independently
- Ability to work with others in an effective manner
- Excellent internal and external customer focus
