Your new role
As the Head of Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management within the organisation. This includes focusing on customer quality, incoming quality, in-process quality, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). You will lead a team of quality professionals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting regular audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency and product quality.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a senior quality management role within the medical device or electronics manufacturing service industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and regulations, including ISO 13485, is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and implement effective quality improvement strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
