Department purpose A&O Shearman is seeking a mid-level associate (4-6 years of experience) with experience in M&A and Private Equity for our Dallas office.
Role purpose
A&O Shearman seeks an accomplished associate to join our Dallas office with 4-6 years of experience focused on M&A and Private Equity matters.
The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $435,000 depending on the candidate's JD year. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package which includes a discretionary bonus, paid leave, life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
Team
This individual will report directly to the Dallas M&A and Private Equity partners. The team also works closely with other partners, associates and staff both in the U.S. and abroad.
Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience from a major law firm representing M&A and Private Equity clients.
