The incumbent will support learning and organizational development programs to facilitate talent development and retention. They will act as an HR consulting and operations services provider, developing and implementing local HR strategies and initiatives in support of the People First agenda.
People Services & Operations (including Payroll) encompasses roles across multiple advisory and administrative areas for established HR solutions. Responsibilities include handling employment matters, administering personnel records, statistical reporting, deploying rewards programs, delivering payroll, ensuring compliance, providing people service support, and automating workflows.
Ensure the business resourcing requirements are fulfilled within the agreed timeline through diverse talent acquisition channels and strategies.
Develop and operationalize the learning strategy for the business through development engagement with all levels of employees to elevate capability.
Prepare HR reports such as movement, headcount, summary, cost center allocation
Be responsible for other administrative duties regarding to HR systems and employee’s personal data as well as onboarding/offboarding managements.
Prepare documents in relation to employees (i.e. labor contract, promotion, demotion, termination, certificates, etc.)
Manage deployment of HR services delivery, systems and work tools utilization to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable manner.
Review and initiate corrections for all kind of internal HR documents such as JD, HR processes.
Handle and resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances and discipline matters
Develop a focused and LEAN way of working through continuous HR process improvement to ensure best practices are adopted.
