** Job Summary
The main function of this position is to review and process new customer orders and respond to queries in an accurate and timely manner.
** Details of the Role
Reviewing customer orders
Booking in order for dispatch from warehouses
Mark up basic drawings with customers measurements
Communicating with customers on Zendesk
Monitoring stock availability and delivery timelines
Maintaining sales order documentations
Supervising packaging & labelling
Coordinate between our designer and production team
** Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Excellent English communication with a focus on reading, writing and perfect grammar.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality or customer service
Experience dealing with western customers or working with western brands is highly regarded.
Problem solving skills, give an example in the last line of your email.
Attention to detail, explain in the first line in your email why you have this trait.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
