They are currently seeking a Production Support Analyst with expertise in Avaloq Banking System to join their expanding division. What you'll do:
As a Production Support Analyst, your role will be pivotal in driving solution building and validation for A&D workshops across various streams. You will collaborate closely with developers and users to specify new functionalities, acting as a functional subject matter expert in specific areas. Your skills will be utilised as you drive implementation projects through Build, Test, and Go-Live stages. Additionally, you will provide crucial support to developers during the implementation process, including planning and testing. Your role will also involve participation or support in regional or global projects.
- Lead and drive solution building/validation for A&D workshops across different streams
- Specify new functionality in collaboration with Developers and users
- Act as a functional subject matter expert at specific areas
- Lead and drive implementation projects at Build/Test/Go-Live stages
- Support developers during implementation, including planning & testing

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Production Support Analyst role brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a University Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or banking (or equivalent working experience), you have spent 5-10 years honing your skills in the technology space. Your 3-7 years of experience in Core Banking Platform/Wealth Management domain has equipped you with invaluable industry insights. Crucially, you have hands-on implementation experience with Avaloq Banking Suite, ACP functional and parameterization knowledge/experience. Your basic financial understanding extends to FX/MM/Equity/Derivatives and associated front-to-back operational workflows. Lastly, your experience in Wealth Management business / Order Management system / Execution Management System sets you apart from the competition.

- 3-7 years of working experience in Core Banking Platform/Wealth Management domain
- Implementation experience with Avaloq Banking Suite, ACP functional and parameterization knowledge/experience is mandatory
- Basic financial understanding in FX/MM/Equity/Derivatives and associated front to back operational workflows
- Experience in Wealth Management business / Order Management system / Execution Management System
