Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable ERP Lead- Manufacturing/Supply Chain to join their team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to serve as the primary point of contact for the ERP system and other applications, providing expert-level support and ensuring system functionality.
What you'll do:
As an ERP Lead- Manufacturing/Supply Chain you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's ERP system and other applications. You will act as an IT liaison, supporting application-related issues and requests from various sites. Your excellent project management skills will be put to good use as you coordinate with the applications development team based overseas to manage change requests and system enhancements. You will also be responsible for introducing new applications/modules/services, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards. One of your key responsibilities will be delivering comprehensive training sessions for users, helping them maximize their use of the ERP system and other enterprise applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the ERP system and other applications (WMS, MES, etc.), providing expert-level support and ensuring system functionality.
- Act as IT liaison to support applications-related issues and requests for sites outside.
- Coordinate with the applications development team to manage change requests and system enhancements efficiently.
- Manage the introduction of new applications/modules/services and ensure they meet the business requirements and quality standards.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions for users, focusing on maximizing effective use of the ERP system and other enterprise applications.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this ERP Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in implementing ERP and manufacturing-related IT systems such as WMS, PLM or MES. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, you have spent between 5 to 7 years honing your skills in this area. Your experience extends to developing solutions within ERP systems, demonstrating your ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly. A willingness to learn and support the company’s specific ERP system (Priority Software) is essential. Experience with Data Warehouse and Analytics/BI tools like PowerBI will be a significant advantage, as will previous experience in manufacturing environments.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant fields of technical studies.
- Between 5 to 7 years of professional experience in implementing ERP and manufacturing-related IT systems such as WMS, PLM or MES.
- Good experience with developing solutions in ERP systems.
- Willingness to learn and support the company’s ERP system.
- Experience with Data Warehouse and Analytics/BI tools like PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong preference for candidates with experiences in manufacturing environments.
