We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is eager to operate in both on-ground and online marketing environments and willing to be an all-rounded marketer. This role requires someone who thrives in both physical activations and digital execution, seamlessly managing events, campaigns, eCommerce, and marketing operations. If you enjoy a dynamic, hands-on marketing role that spans multiple disciplines, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing On-Ground Activation
- Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing activations, events, roadshows, and brand promotions.
- Work with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth execution of offline campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate on-ground marketing effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Ensure branding consistency and proper implementation of marketing materials at events and retail locations.
2. Marketing Operations Management
- Oversee the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and reporting.
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain marketing calendars and timelines.
3. Online Marketing (Content, Ads, Broadcast)
- Manage digital marketing activities, including content creation, social media, paid ads, and LINE broadcasts.
- Coordinate with designers and creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to optimize performance.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
4. eCommerce Shop Management
- Oversee eCommerce operations, including store setup, product listings, pricing, promotions and campaigns.
- Work closely with Transformation Marketing, Admins and External teams to ensure smooth eCommerce Operation.
- Analyze eCommerce performance data and suggest optimization strategies.
- Manage online customer engagement, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
5. Managing Marketing Admin & Counterparts
- Handle coordination with marketing administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage contracts and procurement related to marketing activities.
- Work with external agencies, freelancers, and partners to streamline marketing execution.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, social science, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Some Experience in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LINE OA, etc.)
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with event planning and offline marketing execution is a plus.
