As a Management Trainee in the Real Estate Industry, you will be part of an immersive program designed to provide you with hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate business. You will work closely with senior management teams across various departments, including sales, marketing, property management, and operations, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry's dynamics and contribute to ongoing business projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Learning & Development: Acquire in-depth knowledge of business operations through targeted training to prepare for future leadership roles.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitors, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Project Management Support: Collaborate on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing to the successful delivery of key initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of internship or work experiences
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen interest in the real estate industry and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
