Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to take charge of the financial and accounting functions for their corporate entities in Indonesia. This role involves controlling all financial operations, accounting, audit, and various reporting to shareholders. The successful candidate will ensure that the company's accounting policy aligns with local, international, and group standards.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our client's corporate entities in Indonesia. You will be responsible for monitoring daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing regular management reports and conducting analyses on profitability, costs, business volumes, capital expenditures, budgeting, business planning, and forecasting. You will also manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation across all entities in Indonesia. Your strategic input will be invaluable in formulating designs of financial and accounting systems and policies to improve working procedures.
- Monitoring daily accounting operation to ensure accuracy and timely financial reporting
- Preparing regular management reports and analyses of profitability, costs, business volumes, capital expenditures, budgeting, Business plan and forecasting
- Formulating design of financial and accounting system and policies to improve working procedure
- Managing processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and consolidation all entities in Indonesia
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Working capital analysis including inventory, AR, AP and cash
- Directing and overviewing all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
- Preparing new model business plan analysis, and investment.
- Taking responsibility for accounting standards and tax regulations
- Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Finance Manager position brings a wealth of experience from a similar role. With a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance-related fields under your belt, you have spent at least 5-7 years in a management Finance or Accounting role. Your experience in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and taxation is essential for this role. You have excellent analytical skills and are adept at reporting. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to solve problems effectively. An understanding of Logistics/Depot/Transportation business principles will be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related fields
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in a management Finance or Accounting role
- Experience in Accounting, Budgeting, Financial analysis, taxation is essential
- Experience in yearly financial audit and tax audit are preferable
- Excellent analytical skill and Reporting abilities
- Strong interpersonal skill with problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of Logistics/Depot/Transportation business principles or experience working in logistics company before.
- Knowledge in SOP (Standard of Procedure) Documentation
- Experience in SAP is preferred.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
