- Account Management & Growth: Lead the management of key B2B accounts, ensuring maximum platform engagement and growth. Develop and implement tailored strategies to enhance the customer journey and increase account performance.
- Platform Sales & Performance: Own the responsibility for general platform sales, consistently driving growth and meeting sales targets. Optimize ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) and average order value through targeted initiatives and up selling strategies.
- Organic Revenue Growth: Drive organic revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns, optimised product offerings, and customer life cycle management.
- Brand Superiority & Positioning:
Ensure brand is positioned as the superior choice in the market through a strong understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, and brand strategy
- Retention & Customer Loyalty: Work cross-functionally to improve customer retention, delivering high-impact strategies to foster long-term relationships and increase repeat purchases.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Ecommerce, Retail, or FMCG industries.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with Ecommerce tools, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with B2B ecommerce platforms and strategies is highly desirable.
