Job Description
- To meet the performance requirements in the areas of arrears/credit control.
- Liaise with tenants on payments and negotiate payment schedule for effective immediate settlement of outstanding.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including asset managers, relationship managers and finance departments on rental payments and monitor progress, providing recommendations etc.
- To manage arrears independently in aspects of liaising with external lawyer and internal legal advisors on litigation, collate related legal documents, assess tenants’ financial standing etc.
- Carry out on-site operational requirements and coordination with external and internal parties.
- Assist the Manager in other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business/Finance/Estate Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of credit control. Some leasing background would be an added advantage
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
