Role:
The Content Manger is a crucial role that will enable us to drive the creative excellence of social media content and performance-driven copywriting. Specifically, this entails:
- Leading a team of copywriters in creating engaging organic social media content and high-performing paid ads copy in both Thai and English.
- Overseeing the execution of content across various platforms, including Facebook, Google, and TikTok Ads.
- Setting the standard for social media copywriting excellence by reviewing, refining, and optimizing content to align with performance goals.
- Collaborating with the Creative Director, Art Director, and Social Media teams to develop content strategies that align with client objectives.
- Ensuring content meets or exceeds brand standards while maintaining a balance between creativity and data-driven performance.
- Acting as the primary contact for client feedback regarding content, ensuring all deliverables align with expectations.
- Supporting the ongoing training and development of the Social Copywriting team, keeping them up to date with trends, tools, and techniques in social media copywriting.
- Using data-driven insights to optimize copy performance in collaboration with the performance and social teams.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media content management and copywriting.
- Strong leadership experience in a creative or marketing role.
- Ability to write and edit content in both Thai and English.
