Job Description:
- Analyze the needs of the user and design solutions to meet those needs within the SAP MM system
- Provide support to users and troubleshoot any issues with the SAP MM system
- Perform configuration and testing activities within the SAP MM module
- Recommend system enhancements and upgrades for improved functionality
- Document all SAP MM procedures and systems as a reference for future troubleshooting and updates
- Work closely with developers and other analysts to ensure integration with other SAP modules
- Provide user training and support documentation for the SAP MM module
- Stay informed about the latest updates and changes in the SAP MM system to ensure the organization’s processes are current and effective
- Participate in the implementation of new projects and enhancements related to the SAP MM system
