Officer EHSQ Management
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct Internal Audit for Management System as per the plan, submit an audit report to auditee, superior, and filing.
- Issue CAR/PAR for finding and follow up to ensure the CAR/PAR can be closed.
- Conduct and support External Audit to subcontractor for Management System, submit audit report, and follow up to close findings for ASL registration.
- Do compliance check for subcontractor before confirmation of audit as requested.
- Follow up all department’s objective result reports, verify the achievement and corrective and preventive action.
- Ensure that all documents related to Management System are controlled effectively.
- Coordinate with responsible person for EHSQ to ensure well integration.
- Ensuring the promotion of Management System awareness throughout the organization.
- Determine the risk assessment of its activities and services.
- Determine and have access to the compliance obligations as well as coordinate the assessment of legal compliance related to Management System.
- Ensure that all environment consumptions are controlled effectively.
- Other tasks as per assignment.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field, Occupational, Health and Safety is preferable.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year up in equivalent to Management System.
- Knowledge in ISO9001 & ISO14001 Requirements and Internal Auditor
- Good in reading and writing English.
- Very good in MS Office (especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in ISO45001 Requirements and Internal Auditor is preferable.
