Our client is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Investigator in Employee and Industrial Relations to join their team. This role will involve investigating various cases, including fraud, harassment, misconduct, and inappropriate behaviour. You will work closely with the regional office, conducting interviews, collecting and analysing evidence, and writing investigative reports. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised as you provide recommendations to senior management and train other investigation staff.
What you'll do:
As an Investigator in Employee and Industrial Relations, your primary role will be to investigate a wide range of cases. You'll be working closely with the regional office, conducting thorough interviews with employees and staff members. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you collect and examine various types of evidence. You'll also be responsible for writing detailed investigative reports and providing insightful recommendations to senior management. Additionally, you'll conduct analyses of case trends and maintain the case management system. Your leadership skills will shine as you train and coach other investigation staff.
- Investigate all types of cases including fraud, harassment, misconduct, and inappropriate behaviour
- Work closely with the regional office
- Conduct and document interviews of employees/staff
- Collect and analyse various types of evidence (documents, digital, other)
- Write investigative reports, summaries and provide recommendations to senior management
- Conduct and summarise analysis of case trends
- Maintain & update case management system information
- Train/coach other investigations staff (HR/SP, etc.)
