Our client is seeking a PU Technical Sales Manager to contribute to the growth of their business by increasing new sales and improving profitability. This role will involve the development of R&D projects related to VDS CS technology, providing support to relevant departments, and managing the T/S centre personnel.
What you'll do:
As a PU Technical Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the company's growth. Your primary responsibility will be to increase new sales and improve profitability through the development of R&D projects related to VDS CS technology. You will also be tasked with supporting relevant departments by meeting customer needs and improving product quality. Additionally, you will manage the T/S centre personnel, ensuring smooth operations.
- Develop and support commercialisation technology related to eco-friendly synthetic leather PUD products
- Conduct pilot production to ensure product stability
- Monitor testing of new product lines and provide technical support to customers
- Support product stabilisation through pilot production technology transfer for KDS products
- Supervise and stabilise production quality
- Visit major clients and provide technical support
- Analyse causes and respond to product quality issues
