What you'll do:
As the Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's product line. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive product development plans, optimizing manufacturing costs, and aligning with strategic goals. Your expertise in CAD/CAM engineering will be crucial in streamlining processes and integrating software solutions across the global network. You will also lead a team of engineers, ensuring effective execution of production phases and long-term success within the manufacturing network.
- Develop comprehensive product development plans in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Optimize the master-model process using additive manufacturing and innovative techniques
- Leverage programming skills to streamline processes and integrate software solutions across the Global Network
- Transform design data into producible formats and maintain standardized documentation
- Drive continuous improvement by integrating stakeholder feedback and emerging technologies
- Stay updated on new technologies and methods to optimize production time, cost, and efficiency
- Lead and develop a team of engineers to ensure effective execution of production phases
