Head of Rewards
A leading company in energy industry, is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Rewards to build and lead the organisation's total rewards function. This is a newly created role, ideal for an agile and ambitious professional looking to shape and drive a comprehensive rewards strategy in a stable and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a holistic Total Rewards strategy, covering compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs to attract and retain top talent
- Lead the design, bench-marking, and execution of salary structures, incentives, and long-term rewards in alignment with business goals and industry standards
- Oversee job evaluations, salary reviews, and performance-linked reward structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Drive the company’s benefits and well-being programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with employee needs
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to integrate rewards strategies with overall HR and business objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Provide insights through data-driven analysis and market trends, advising leadership on best practices in total rewards
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, with proven expertise in end-to-end rewards strategy and execution
- Strong understanding of job evaluation frameworks, incentive programs, and compensation structuring
- Experience in the energy, industrial, or multinational sectors is preferred
- Exposure to HR Business Partnering is an advantage
- Agile, strategic thinker with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data and bench marking tools
