What you'll do:
As an FP&A Director, your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's financial future. You will take charge of strategic planning and budget oversight, steering the annual budgeting process in line with corporate objectives. Your expertise in advanced financial analysis will be crucial in building robust decision-support frameworks that deliver actionable insights across various business functions. You will also oversee capital management, optimizing cash flow to support operational needs and growth initiatives. Furthermore, you will strengthen cost management protocols across all business units while leading finance systems to ensure data integrity.
- Direct all phases of the company’s financial planning cycles, from short-term forecasts to long-range plans.
- Steer the annual budgeting process, including capital expenditure planning.
- Monitor actuals versus forecasts, flagging deviations and proposing course corrections.
- Anticipate financial risks and opportunities to inform proactive business decisions.
- Build robust financial modeling and decision-support frameworks using advanced analytics.
- Deliver insights across key functions such as marketing, omni-channel sales, retail performance, and supply chain.
- Oversee capital structure and optimize cash flow to support both operational needs and growth initiatives.
- Strengthen cost management protocols across all business units.
- Lead the finance systems and centralized data repository to ensure consistency and data integrity.
What you bring:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA, or CFA qualifications are highly desirable.
- Brings over 10 years of financial leadership experience in a multinational environment.
- Preferably experienced in the retail industry.
- Strong in business acumen, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in tools for data visualization and business intelligence.
- Skilled in communication, leadership, change management, and organizational development.
- Demonstrates high ethical standards and deep knowledge of financial risk management and compliance.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
