Responsibilities:
An exclusive program designed for highly capable & motivated people who aspire to become Retail business’ Leaders of our future. During the 6 months program, you will be exposed to various experiences and challenges that enables you to accelerate your learning in Retail Business at its strategic level. You will be provided with hard skill & soft skill training modules within a comprehensive program, and skillful mentors to accompany your growth! After program you will be an ASSISTANT STORE LEADER.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates (any major) or maximal 2 years of working experiences
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Interested in Store Career Management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be placed in Stores Jakarta during the program
- Willing to be placed in all Stores with shift-based
