Program Overview: Nestlé Vietnam's Management Trainee Program is an intensive 18-24 month development initiative aimed at grooming future leaders for the organization. Trainees will undergo rotational assignments across different functions, gaining comprehensive insights into Nestlé's operations and contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in rotational assignments to gain cross-functional experience.

- Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- High adaptability and willingness to relocate within Vietnam.
