About the Role:
Assist the Product Owner team with task relate to implementation of user surveys, FGD and product documentation
What will you do:
- Support the creation and implementation of user surveys and focus groups to gather customer feedback
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and customer success teams to bring new products to market
- Participate in product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Contribute to the creation of product documentation, requirements, presentations, and other materials
What we are looking for:
- Last year student or fresh graduate from Information Technology (IT) or related field
- Can join as soon as possible, willing to work from office in Jakarta, and be able to join 6 months of the internship program
- Advanced SQL query skills
- Strong knowledge of database and database management
