Our client is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager to join their team in Bangkok. What you'll do:
As the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and restructuring company benefits, managing salary structures, and ensuring alignment with HR and Finance strategies. Reporting directly to the Regional C&B team, your advanced English skills will be put to good use as you navigate this complex role. You will also ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, while keeping an eye on industry trends.
