Key Responsibilities:
• Develop long term customer relationships management (both at operational and senior level)
and work with customers on innovative and compelling supply chain solutions so as to
maintain and grow business with them
• Develop Sales initiatives to leverage on existing expertise and experience offer additional
services to existing customers
• Explore untapped opportunities within Top 50 LF accounts. Look at service offerings and
potential integrated solutions for proposals
• Maintain a growth pipeline with a mix of in country logistics, global freight and integrated
accounts
• Review opportunities with key account customers to grow shared user facilities
• Regularly visit customers in addition to routine business review meetings
• Make good use of relationship to know and learn more about customers’ company
• Manage customers’ complaints promptly and reasonably to keep customers ‘s satisfaction,
confidence and trust in our service and operations
• Analyze business problems, timely communicate internally and externally to investigate
existing problems and propose solutions to achieve win-win goals
We are looking for:
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management International Business or related field
At least 10 years of work experience in similar role (of 8 years at managerial level) in 3PL/contract logistics is required.
•Experience in project management or logistics operational of consumer products or warehouse management in FMCG or retails business Pleasant personality, customer oriented mindset
•Well-organized and have strong sense of entrepreneurship
•Excellent strategic thinking, problem solving and communications skills
•Excellent command of written and spoken English
•Ability to work under pressure/ tight deadline, self-motivated and be able to work independently
