Why we need you
We are looking for integral support for our Sales team in Bangkok. In this position, you will coordinate across organizations and provide assistance to the Sales team in achieving successful sales targets and utmost customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing
- Support, enable, and drive the sales process and team.
- Work closely with the Sales, Legal, KYC, and Operation teams in facilitating and supporting sales and merchant onboardings.
- Execute and manage the sales administrative tasks to ensure seamless sales process and merchant’s onboarding completion
- Oversees business initiatives and processes in order to help sales run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate with clients in collecting, preparing, and filing required documents and information for KYC and business-related processes
- Help team to maintain the CRM and keep it functionally with information up to date
- Gather and prepare the business qualitative information to executives for business decision
- Handle sales activities support with accuracy, timeliness, and customer centricity
- Ability to work independently across functions to deliver against deadlines.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics (conversion rates, revenue growth, pipeline health)
- Generate reports and insights for management decision-making
You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. or related fields.
- 0 - 2 years experience in a similar role. Fresh Graduate is welcome
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently across functions to deliver against deadlines.
- Be able to understand and explain some complex processes of related documentation and regulations
- Be able to communicate complex data to various groups of people
- Be attentive to details and very well organized
- Proficient level of English language
- Native level of Thai, both written and spoken and be able to communicate in professional aspects
