Global Manufacturing Trainee Program
Join the program growing the manufacturing leaders of tomorrow. Over 12 months, you’ll build leadership skills, grow your business mindset, and excel in the plant environment.
During the program, you’ll get
- Hands-on onboarding and Commercial bootcamp
- Immersive training on the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS)
- Support in gaining a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification

Profile – Basic Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's degree from FT UGM, with minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00
- Will be graduating max. in August 2025 or graduated on or after 2024 from Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science or Supply Chain
- Ability and willingness to move across functional areas at the site
- Fluent in English - oral and written
- Ability and willingness to relocate (if required)
- Have strong leadership capabilities
