The Sales Learning & Development Manager is responsible for the development and training programs to ensure our
Sales Team reaches high performance and sales competency as part of the World Class Sales Force initiative. The Sales
L&D Manager works with the Sales team to oversee the competency improvement and training development program to
ensure we set up a Sales Competency Standard to the Mekong Sales to help enable growth for the business

Responsibilities:
▪ Promote learning philosophy in Sales team. Drive constant learning culture in the team.
▪ Localize and Implement a consistent cluster talent development strategy which is aligned with global and regional talent strategy for Sales representatives.
▪ Develop talent management concept and facilitate talent management concept implementation within Sales.
▪ Conduct talent needs analysis, facilitate enrollment, nomination, selection, and job rotation process and execute assessment activities based on the assessment tools and mechanisms provided by global and Regional HR.
▪ Design and implement local activities as an integral part of the global and regional talent management programs based on the local business and environment. Set up an information mechanism to store, monitor, and track all talent management information and update management on a periodical basis.
▪ Lead & manage People Strategic Session within Sales. Further build on existing tool and facilitate the succession management and leadership development process.
▪ Lead & drive for annual/semi-annual Learning Needs Analysis for Sales.
▪ Responsible for Sales management training courses Development.
▪ Take part in Ad-hoc Training Projects for Sales.
▪ Support training program implementation.
▪ Act as an internal trainer to deliver internal programs.
▪ International training courses Coordination for Sales.
▪ Drive and support the Sales Competency Performance Culture by close interaction with Area Sales Managers, HRBP, and other related functions.
▪ Drive the local Sales competency and Talent management to build a world-class salesforce.
▪ Manage the cross-functional learning and development in alignment with the area, region, and global sales learning operating models.
▪ Act as a key contact person for Sales Training and coordinate the product training, including the generic training required for the sales team.
▪ Provide constructive comments to the HR team to improve training competency and processes.
▪ Develop Training programs for the Sales Team and conduct relevant training, monitoring the successful implementation rate of the training plan and the improvement in sales competency for all sales teams.
▪ Coordinates with external vendors and agencies for all training-related programs or services when necessary.
