What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and inspire a team of mobile engineers working on Android and iOS platforms

Architect and deliver modern, scalable mobile applications for multi-country use

Collaborate with UX, product, and backend teams to design intuitive, high-performing features

Drive code quality, modularization, and performance optimization across mobile codebases

Mentor developers, promote best practices, and raise the technical bar

Stay ahead of mobile trends (KMP, CI/CD, modularization) and guide adoption

Contribute to agile planning, delivery milestones, and cross-functional collaboration

Be the go-to person for mobile architecture and strategic direction
What You Bring
-
2+ years in a technical leadership role
-
6+ years of experience in mobile development
-
Expert in either Kotlin (Android) or Swift (iOS) – or both!

Experience building and scaling large-scale mobile apps across regions
-
Strong understanding of modern mobile architectures
-
Bonus if you’ve worked with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
-
Solid grasp of APIs, databases, and backend interactions
-
CI/CD know-how and experience with code modularization & artifact management
