Our client is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team in Jakarta. What you'll do:
As a Corporate Finance Analyst, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for underwriting deals through DCF financial modelling and market analysis. Your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you prepare materials for IC/board approval and lead the deal due diligence stage. You will also assist in negotiation and deal execution stages, ensuring smooth transactions. Your analytical skills will be crucial in quarterly asset management reporting and deal sourcing. Additionally, you will support fundraising activities and handle ad-hoc needs such as drafting yearly BOC/BOD decks.
- Underwriting of deals via DCF financial modelling, market/competitor analysis
- Preparing materials for IC/board approval

- Assisting in negotiation and deal execution

What you bring:
The ideal Corporate Finance Analyst candidate brings a wealth of experience and skills to the table. Essential to this role is your expertise in financial modelling. Your strong business acumen, coupled with your excellent presentation and communication skills, will enable you to excel in this position. With at least 4-5 years of experience in a related industry, you are well-versed in the dynamics of the corporate finance world. Graduates from US/UK/Australia universities are preferred, as is international work experience.
- Financial modelling skill is essential
- Good business acumen
- Well presented, confident and good communication/interpersonal skill
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in related industry (Big 4, boutique IB/PE/Investment firm, real estate companies or any companies but within its M&A/strategy team)
- Graduates from US/UK/Australia is preferred
- Working experience abroad is preferred
