What you'll do:
As a Collection Strategy Circle Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's collection strategies. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you identify trends and patterns that can improve these strategies. You will also be responsible for developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of collections. Your leadership skills will shine as you lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of these strategies. * Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of collection strategies.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Collection Strategy Circle Lead position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university under your belt, you have spent at least four years honing your skills in collection strategy, operation strategy, risk management or as a business analyst within the financial industry or technology company. Your strong analytical skills are complemented by your proficiency in data analysis tools such as Looker or Tableau. You have proven experience managing cross-functional projects and teams, demonstrating your ability to lead effectively. Lastly, your track record shows your knack for developing and implementing process optimizations.

* Min. 4 years of experience in collection strategy, operation strategy, risk management, or business analyst role in financial industry or technology company.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
