Role:
The Senior Account Manager (Contract-Based) is a crucial role that will enable us to build and maintain strong relationships with a global Volleyball Streaming Platform, driving global subscription growth through strategic media and creative campaigns. Specifically, this entails:
- Acting as the primary contact for the client, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
- Overseeing performance-driven media and creative campaign execution.
- Developing tailored strategies using platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Managing cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance, aligning efforts with the client's objectives.
This role demands a mastery level of account management, strategic media planning, campaign optimization, client relationship management, project management, and bilingual communication in Thai and English. To be successful, you must have exceptional communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:
External:
- Build and maintain a strong client relationship, offering strategic advice and consultation for campaigns.
- Manage performance campaigns that align with subscription growth goals.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Ensure all deliverables are timely and aligned with the client's objectives.
Internal:
- Collaborate with teams (Ad Ops, Creative, Designers) to drive impactful campaigns.
- Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Prioritize and organize tasks to maintain efficiency and excellence.
- Promote adherence to Primal’s processes and documentation standard
Results:
- Strong client relationships with timely and proactive communication.
- Consistently drive performance growth, aligning with agreed-upon goals.
- Ensure high task completion rates and delivery of key client reports.
- Exemplify Primal’s values and standards in execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in digital media or performance marketing.
- Proven ability to manage global client accounts and cross-functional campaigns.
- Expertise in platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana or Monday.com.
- Fluency in Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge or interest in volleyball is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop strategic insights.
