What you'll do:
As a Regional Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's presence in the market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop effective trade marketing strategies that align with sales goals. - Identify trade customer needs, preferences, and behaviours.
- Provide insights on optimal in-store activation opportunities.
- Define visibility KPIs – planogram / merchandising guidelines, optimal portfolio, in-market execution and freshness checks.
- Work collaboratively with other departments like sales, marketing, and product development.
- Design and deliver training programs for sales personnel and distributor.
