Job Description : Game Planning & Execution
- Plan monthly events, schedules, rewards, and budgets & execution based on planning.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (CP Ops, Product, Regional, Design, BI) for smooth project execution.
Performance Monitoring
- Track daily game performance and take action based on data.
- Identify trends and opportunities to propose and implement improvement strategies.
Reporting and Analysis
- Assist in the preparation of game reports and presentations.
Others - Other tasks assigned by the Line manager.
Requirements : - Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Basic analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Good communication in both English and Vietnamese.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and problem-solving mindset.
