What you'll do:
As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources landscape of our client's organisation. You will oversee the entire HR strategy in Thailand, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business objectives. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you lead and mentor a team of three HR Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labour laws, leading the recruitment process, and designing training programs.

What you bring:
- 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR Strategy & recruitment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
