Purpose/ Mission:
Drive Supply Chain excellence with Vietnam/SEA Inbound and outbound operations, focusing in Inbound data on systems, Productivity KPI of LSP and LMD, and continuous improvement projects.
Accountabilities: Group competencies:
Functional competencies: Primary * Control LMD on successfully rate and investigate lost due to damage/defective/missing cases
- Follow up on delivery cost, compensation for missing/damage parcels.
- Control and process the conformity certification apply process for sport goods like apparel, footwear, and accessories.
- Ensure the data on systems and on hang tag is accurate, especially CR stamp
- Documents and cost control for conformity certification apply process, sample and eCOM delivery
- Ensure an integrated, cost effective supply chain via reports and systems input
- Oversee internal reviews of customs processes, and brokerage rates by coordinating with business stakeholders in broker selection. Launch and manage Customs RFQ
- Analysis and monitoring of eCOM delivery status to ensure on time arrival
- Manage, raise and solve tickets in systems regarding product data, production plan and delay
- Manage & control inventory; control Inbound / outbound shortages for eCOM
- Act as a key user in new systems and processes
- Support team to receive, check for quantity and handle import/export documents
- Coordination and follow up on any eCOM outbound related topics
- Formulate and alignment of process flow/work instruction with stakeholders
- Leading root cause analysis and problem solving for eCOM delivery

Secondary (Future role ) * Interface with Centre of Excellence (Customs, Logistics) on spearheading the system automation of booking advice checks. Be subject matter expert on system usage.
- Support countries as a regional escalation point in relaying concerns to 3PL/LMD and conflict resolution
- Perform any other roles or duties assigned by the superior, which is deemed reasonable, practical and logical
