What you'll do:
As an Outbound Marketing Manager, your day will start by reviewing campaign performance data and identifying areas for optimization. You'll work closely with creative teams to refine messaging and tech teams to implement new features. Throughout the day, you'll participate in strategy meetings, analyze market trends, and brainstorm innovative approaches to engage customers.
- Stay updated on key trends and best practices in email and outbound marketing
- Audit and analyze Outbound performance, identify issues, find root-causes, and experiment with solutions to improve performance at scale
- Communicate Outbound performance and initiative status to stakeholders in weekly business reviews
- Redefine and evolve key Outbound performance metrics, identifying changes and problems as they arise
- Lead problem-solving efforts for complex outbound channel opportunities
- Drive technological innovation in marketing infrastructure, collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Lead initiatives to integrate cutting-edge tools and platforms that enhance the efficiency of outbound marketing campaigns
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
