What you'll do:
As a Corporate Office Manager (HR & Legal), you will work closely with the Financial Controller to lead the Corporate Office. Your role will involve providing functional support to various Business Units within the company, helping them meet and exceed their business objectives. You will also collaborate with the Chairman and Executive Committee on strategic corporate initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the Legal and Human Resources functions, ensuring good corporate governance, preparing legal documents, providing sound advice on legal, HR and business matters, training staff, and recruiting talent.
- Jointly lead the Corporate Office to provide functional support to Business Units of the Company.
- Work on strategic corporate and business development initiatives.
- Manage the Legal and Human Resources functions.
- Ensure good corporate governance and legal compliance.
- Lead in the preparation and review of legal and HR documentation.
- Provide sound legal, HR and business advice.
- Train, develop and motivate Legal and HR staff.
- Recruit, develop and retain talent.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Corporate Office Manager (HR & Legal) position brings a minimum of 7 years of business and legal related experience. It's essential that you have relevant experience in Vietnam as well as an in-depth understanding of Vietnam's corporate laws. International experience would be advantageous. You should have proven skills in training, developing, motivating staff as well as experience in recruitment.
