What you'll do:
As a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager in Nutrition, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategies that drive our client's mission forward. You will work closely with the sales team to operationalize the sales strategy, identifying growth opportunities at various levels. Your role will also involve optimizing the structure and deployment of the sales force based on territory potential and customer classification. You will be responsible for designing, aligning, deploying, and enabling the execution of selling and sales operation processes. Furthermore, you will define clear roles and KPIs for each position within the sales force in alignment with business objectives. A significant part of your role will involve developing insights into data/reporting needs for both the sales force and management. You will also identify automation opportunities to enhance productivity within the sales force.
- Collaborate with the sales force to effectively operationalize the sales strategy.
- Identify and leverage growth opportunities at territory, sales route, and outlet levels.
- Optimize the sales force's size, structure, and deployment based on territory potential and customer classification.
- Design, align, deploy, and enable the execution of selling and sales operation processes.
- Define clear roles and KPIs for each sales force position in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop insights into data/reporting needs for the sales force and management.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance sales force productivity.
- Conduct regular assessments of the sales force's skills and capabilities.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Sales Force Effectiveness Manager role will bring a wealth of experience and a strong skill set. You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the FMCG, nutrition, or consulting industry. A background in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) is preferred. Proficiency with IT tools and marketing experience will be advantageous. As a team player who is results-orientated, you can work under pressure and multitask effectively. Your attention to detail, ability to follow through tasks, and meticulous nature will be key to your success in this role. Excellent communication skills are essential as you'll need to engage effectively with numerous stakeholders. Being highly independent and resourceful, you're fluent in English, both written and spoken. Lastly, a high level of commercial and business acumen coupled with common sense is required.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the FMCG, nutrition, or consulting industry.
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) preferred.
- Proficiency with IT tools and marketing experience is a plus.
- Good team player and results-orientated.
- Can work under pressure, ability to multi-tasking, prioritize workload, attention to detail, follow through, and be meticulous.
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with numerous stakeholders.
- Highly independent and resourceful.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- High level of Commercial & Business Acumen coupled with common sense.
