Finance Manager
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to support their business growth and expansion in the APAC region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play an integral part in shaping the company's systems infrastructure, automating regional reporting, and ensuring complete and accurate financial reporting. What you'll do:
As a Finance Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's business growth and expansion in the APAC region. You will collaborate closely with regional leadership, gaining insights into the financial needs of the business. Your role will involve assisting in the planning and development of operating budgets, ensuring adherence to financial compliance standards, managing local audits, and overseeing statutory filings. You will also be instrumental in setting up Order to Cash (OtC) process flows with HQ and regional function leaders. Your ability to administer current controls and processes, recommend process improvement projects, and ensure compliance with all internal processes will be crucial. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on value-added projects that scale our processes while supporting day-to-day finance operations in APAC.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to gain insights into the financial needs of the business

- Oversee statutory filings conducted by outsourced firms
- Set up Order to Cash (OtC) process flow with HQ and regional function leaders
- Administer current controls and processes, make recommendations for process improvement projects and ensure compliance with all internal processes
- Work on value-added projects to scale processes
- Support day-to-day finance operations in APAC as required
What you bring:
The ideal Finance Manager candidate brings a wealth of experience in financial management. With a minimum of 7 years' experience under your belt, you are well-versed in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. Your strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements sets you apart. Your excellent analytical and communication skills enable you to work effectively with various stakeholders. You have a proven track record of success in financial management and strategic planning. Your ability to work independently, take initiative on projects and tasks, and work proactively with business partners is highly valued. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel is required, while SAP ERP knowledge would be a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proven track record of success in financial management and strategic planning.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects and tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
