Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Retail Operations Manager to join their team in Singapore. What you'll do:
As an Assistant Retail Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily commercial operations of our client's retail outlets in Singapore. Your primary responsibilities will include setting sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer service, analysing sales results and retail KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also work closely with the Merchandising team to maintain optimal stock levels. Your commitment to upholding the brand's image through meticulous visual merchandising, staff grooming, and operational skills will be crucial for this role.
- Ensure high level of customer service and operational efficiency
- Set sales targets and ensure all points of sale reach these targets
- Compile and analyse sales results, retail KPIs and competitor activities regularly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely support to all points of sale
- Work closely with Merchandising team to ensure appropriate stock levels and timely replenishment
- Ensure all points of sale comply with standard operations and landlord policies
- Enhance brand image through store visual merchandising, staff grooming, and operational skills

- Bachelor’s degree in any field with strong business acumen and retail math
- At least 3-5 years of retail experience as an assistant retail operations manager
- Experience in landlord relations and coordinating department store promotions would be advantageous
- Strong sense of urgency, highly energetic, results-driven attitude
- Keen on people development and has the ability to drive sales performance
- Good spoken and written English; knowledge of a local language is an advantage
