Our client is a leading firm, seeking to hire a Penetration Testing Manager for their red team. This is a critical role and this individual will take on a technical leadership role overseeing and managing a team of cyber professionals.
What you'll do:
- Plan and execute penetration tests, managing team workloads and project timelines.
- Develop and review test plans, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Lead risk assessments, threat intelligence briefings, and client meetings.
- Mentor and support team members’ professional development.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients through reports and presentations.
- Stay updated on emerging threats and offensive security techniques.
- Support sales by responding to RFPs and tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment and value delivery.
What you bring:
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of hands on experience in penetration testing.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certified in OSCP/CREST
