Our client is a leading global independent broker, with a strong presence in over 40 countries worldwide. They are seeking a Regional Compliance Manager to provide multi-disciplined compliance support to their Asia Pacific region.
What you'll do:
As a Regional Compliance Manager, your role will be pivotal in providing business multi-disciplined compliance support to the Asia Pacific region.
- Working with various regulatory authorities on all regulatory and compliance issues, communicating changes in legislation and regulations to senior management
- Maintaining control frameworks andreporting compliance related risks events to the Asia risk committee, managing internal breach escalation, whistleblowing and investigations of complaints, misconduct, errors & omissions
- Work with regulatory authorities on all regulatory and compliance issues
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Regional Compliance Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in compliance roles, with at least 10 years of experiences.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality, high profile and/or complex projects.
- Excellent leadership, people management and communication skills are key to success in this role
