As a Team Manager, you will be supporting the wider Southeast Asia and India (SEAI) team on category, franchise, retail, and marketing tasks.

What you'll do:
As a Team Manager, your role will be multifaceted. You will be at the heart of operations, collaborating closely with various teams across different time zones. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use as you supervise administrative contract operations and lead quarterly forecasting processes. You will also play a crucial role in fostering commercial growth in the region by supporting your team in identifying licensee category gaps, line plans, licensee and retail marketing approvals. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential as you maintain databases, organise events, manage diaries, oversee budgets and provide general office administration.
- Collaborate closely with SEAI agents, team and key stakeholders across various time zones
- Supervise and manage administrative contract operations
- Lead quarterly forecasting process
- Support the team to foster commercial growth in the region
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets/tracking documents and distribute licensee lists, brand presentations and other sales materials
- Manage; organise and assist with wider team upfronts, workshops , events and meetings
- Oversee the marketing budget

You also have the ability to research and source ad hoc information independently. Lastly, your strong PC skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, will be invaluable in this role.
