What you'll do:
As the Client Services Director, you will take ownership of end-to-end front office operations, leading over 100 staff across key departments including Registration, Admission, Medical Records, Operator & Concierge, Strategic & Performance Management, and Operations Support. You will champion a culture of service excellence and innovation, continuously improving the patient journey from arrival to discharge. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring smooth coordination across departments and delivering a seamless, world-class healthcare experience.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary front office team
