The leading distributor in Thailand market for premium beauty brands. The company is searching for new headcounts for the sales team for the future, expanding the market and sales and looking for a talented leader of the sales team who has strong passion and experience.
Your new role
Understand and passion for the beauty market and generate strategies to expand the market of brands.
Make ideas and plan for campaigns and events, conduct them, and evaluate the result.
Manage the team members to work effectively based on the strategy and plan to achieve the sales target.
Solve the internal and external problems with other sections and customers.
Assist for recruiting and training the new sales staff.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
3 years’ experience
Of account sales and visited business to business customers in the beauty industry.
At least 3 years’ experience of sales manager in managing a sales team.
2 years’ experience of sales manager and managing strategy and campaigns and planning and leading.
High responsibility, patience, and passion
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership with initiative, a proactive, and hard-working style
Strong proficiency in English & Thai
Thai nationality
