We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for our air conditioning system products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to speak Japanese fluently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote air conditioning system products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Fluency in Japanese is required.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM, SEO, and social media platforms.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the air conditioning or HVAC industry.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
