About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate would be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in the Chonburi and Rayong regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in industrial lubricants and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned territory.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships to expand the company's reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide technical support and product training to customers and distributors.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial lubricants or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of industrial lubricants and their applications in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
