About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our Aftersales, Service, and Quality departments within the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, manage service teams, and develop strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the after-sales, service, and quality teams to achieve set objectives and targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee all post-sales services, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and analyse service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the service team to maintain high levels of technical expertise and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on service and quality performance to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee warranty management, workshop processes, and quality management systems.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aftersales, service, or quality management, preferably in the EV sector.
- Proven track record of managing service teams and improving service quality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel as required.
